Could anyone translate this medical term for me, please? It referrs to an examination of the Thorax. "Rx tórax: aumento trama en bases"
    I thank you in advance!

I don't think that's really a complete phrase, but I assume it should be aumento de la trama (vascular o broncovascular) en las bases.

That would be a finding on a patient's chest x-ray. It's not a 100% literal translation, but usually in English we would say something like increased bronchovascular markings in the bases or increased pulmonary vascular markings in the bases.

Maybe others (fsabroso is a radiologist) can offer more precise hints.

    Hola Eric:

I'd like to be a radiologist, and earn that kind of money :D, I'm just a nuclear med/radiology tech.

Estoy de acuerdo con la traducción de Eric, "bronchovascular/pulmonary vascular marking"

Can you please tell me if I translated this correctly (de esp. al ingl.):

Aumento de la trama bronquial parahiliar y basal bilateral por proceso inflamatorio.

    Mi intento:
Increase in bronchial tree in the perihilar and basal regions bilaterally due to the inflammatory process.

    Me suena un poco raro!

Yo diría: "Parahilar bronchial and bilateral basal tree (?) increase due to an inflammatory process".
No sé si tree para trama será correcto.
    Saludos.
