    Hi,

I know the general meaning of 'Auslegung' is interpretation, but what does it mean in terms of laying out a law?

    "
    < ... > its interpretation of public procurement law < .... >."

"< ... > its one-sided interpretation to suit the interests of employers."

    Thanks very much!

I'm not quite sure if I got your question. But with "interpretation" you already got it, I think. Laws are not always 100% explicit so there's some room for interpretation.
Maybe "reading" or "construction" can act as synonyms for "interpretation" in this juridical context.

Yeah, I think 'reading' does sound better here. Thanks!
