    AGH!

There is authorization to do welding and cut activities in risk areas such as confined spaces, works at high level, basements, controlled areas with flammable and explosive substances and those not specifically defined for these activities.

THE COMPANY shall have (written???) authorization to carry out welding and cutting activities within high-risk areas such as confined spaces, high places, basements, controlled areas featuring the presence of flammable or explosive substances/materials, as well as those not specifically designated for these activities.

    Saludos,
    LN

    Yo diría:

Authorization has been granted to do welding and cut activities in risk areas such as confined spaces, work at elevated places, basements, controlled areas with flammable and explosive substances and those not specifically defined for these activities.

This is a superb translation...I do question, gently, "featuring" rather than "containing" or simply "with".

Just a thought from my industrial shopfloor days.

    Un saludo
