    Hello ! I know this sounds like a very stupid question, but do you say:
    she has a fever.
    or she has fever.
    It seems to me she has a fever is correct, but I just need to make sure...

    No, it's "she's has fever"

    She has a fever is correct.

    Normally, describing someone who was ill, I would say "she has a fever."

    In a list, however, "fever" could be on its own: "she has diarrhoea, fever, trembling..."
