    Hola gente,

    Hello,

    Here it goes:

Como banco intervenido, XXX no podrá emitir pagarés

As an intervened bank, XXX may not issue promissory notes

    or

As a bank placed in intervention (under intervention), XXX may not issue promissory notes.

    Thanks & regards,

    EChaucer

Para mí, la opción mejor sigue siendo la de "As a bank in administration, XXX may not issue promissory notes."

    Hello,

I agree with echaucer: "To intervene" and "intervention" have quite a similar meaning as "intervenir" e "intervención" has in Spanish. My translation would be: "...bank under official intervention."

    Regards,
