    Dobar dan!

is 'na treći način' an expression that could be translated to: 'another version'?

For example, if the title of a book is: Crvenkapica, na treći način
Would it be correct to translate this title to:

Little Red Riding Hood, another version
Little Red Riding Hood, the other story

or dos 'na treći način' here literally mean there is a second version and a third, and this story is the third one?

    Not in WR world
It is not idiomatic, at least that I know of. Thus, I can only guess what was the author's intention; I'd say it was a pun on 'na drugi način', so (s)he meant to say 'in yet another way'. But you'd have to read it to be certain.

Thanks! I suppose 'na treći način' may refer to the fact that there are all sorts of versions and spin offs out there, and this is yet another one. So I'll go for 'yet another way'.
