    Bok/Zdravo!

I do know that the present tense negative form of htjeti/hteti is neću, nećeš itd BUT: for a native BCS-speaker is there the possibility of using the "wrong" ne hoću, ne hoćeš .. to show some shade of difference of meaning? Like in English, between "I don't go" and "I do not go", for instance.

    Hvala svima.

No. Ne hoću, in any combination of words or position in a sentence, is totally inadmissible.

My next question was about "biti ili ne biti", but, seeing the previous answer, I suppose that it must be inadmissible too if I try to say "ne sam, ne si, itd"!
