    Hola amigos.
No estoy segura de cómo traducir bienes en el siguiente contexto:
    Original:
El consume requiere tiempo (tiempo y consumo son bienes complementarios).
    Traducción:
Consumption requires time (consumption and time are complements of each other).

    Gracias.

    sounds good to me!
I've been trying to think of a noun that works for "bienes" and nothing comes to mind.

Hi, K, and thank you for your reply.
The only noun I could think of was goods, but I don't think it fits my context.

No, definitely not. It would have to be more abstract than that. Frankly, I was surprised that you could call them both "bienes" in Spanish.
I think your translation is a very good solution.

I was also surprised that the author chose bienes for words such as consumo and tiempo, hence my difficulty.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your feedback.
    :)
