what is the English word for " bilico centinato telonato"
hi transgor and welcome!
i must say i really don't know the proper word, anyway if you are looking for the meaninig, a "bilico centinato telonato" is a semitrailer provided with ribs and a huge canvas to cover it (no hard top)
Can you tell me what
as i tried to explain:
bilico = semitrailer, is a kind of big lorry
telonato = ricoperto con un telone = the semitrailer structure is covered with a 'canvas'
centinato = the structure is made with ribs to strenghten it
Can someone please help me about the english translation of "centinato" e "furgonato"?
These words are used to describe trailer types.
I know that it's much too late to reply to this thread, but I've just been researching road transport terminology and I've found:
rimorchio centinato = curtainsider trailer
Thought I'd add it in case it might be useful to someone in the future, Sarah.
It might not have helped Transgor, but it certainly helped me! Thanks
