Hello, I have a new doubt: blind and attended calls. Should I translate them literally: llamadas ciegas y atendidas?

    Hello,

Blind and attended call TRANSFER makes sense to me. When working on an operator console, incoming calls can be transferred and, if the user does not answer AND the call transfer is attended, then the operator can ask the caller whether passing the call through to another extension.

If the operator (or the program) makes a blind call transfer, then the call status is lost and if the called extension doesn't answer, bad luck and try again later.

Does this lengthy explanation fit into your translation?

    Hola:
