    Saludos y gracias.

Si tiene que ser una pregunta:
What should I wear to a job interview?
    Si no:
What to wear to a job interview.

I think instead of the blue highlighted text above, it should be rendered:
"What should be worn to..." or "What should one wear to..." if it somehow must be a question.
The reason is that we don't know if "I" will be the one to whom this text is referring.
I also agree with your second suggestion.

For me, it depends on the register. If it's, for example, a short article to help job seekers, "What should I wear to a job interview?" seems just fine--it's more natural. Personally, I feel like the other two options you gave are overly formal and somewhat clumsy (no offense!)

So I guess the best choice would probably be "What to wear to a job interview"!

I agree that the best choice is the highlighted one above, if the context is an informal one.
But "overly formal" can only be determined if we know the context, which as you yourself stated, we don't! And they are definitely not clumsy...if anything, you might not be accustomed to higher register constructions, but that can be easily corrected by increasing the scope of one's reading selections. ;)

Yo diría: How should I dress for the job interview?

¿Estás preguntándote a ti mismo o preguntándole a otra persona?
