Please... can anyone help me? I'm reading some recipes in French over the Internet, but I don't know what the abbreviations "c.à.s." and "c.à.c." mean . I'll appreciate some enlightening, thanks!

I think that in English, the equivalent will be:
    c. à s. (cuillère à soupe) : tbsp (tablespoon) (eg: 1 tbsp milk / 2-3 tbsp milk)
    c. à c. (cuillère à café) : tsp (teaspoon) (eg: 1/8 tsp salt)
