Caesar sic in omnibus [nonsense rhyme]
Thanks for the link to the thread - from it I see there are people here who have as much time to waste as I do.
I originally got it from Molesworth (of "Down with Skool" fame), where I learned the "Caesar had some jam for tea" biz. But I never thought about it actually making sense until I saw someone point out that it could mean "I, Caesar, am here now by chance (or perhaps)". Still I think my Latin teacher would have frowned.
Separate names with a comma.
