    It's a spelling mistake. Should be "cayeron", "some tears fell on me"

    O podría ser "I cried some tears" depende del contexto si las lágrimas eran de otro o si las lágrimas fueron suyas. Si es en poesía se podría entender por sus propias lágrimas

    In a figurative sense, "Some tears fell/came upon me" sounds fine to me.

    Or it could be "I cried some tears". It depends on the context: if the tears belonged to another person or if they were your own tears. If it is in poetry, then you could interpret it as your own tears, hence my translation
