I've been sent a PM to which I'd like to reply. In fact, I actually wrote a reply, but the system won't accept it; it seems that the intended recipient isn't aware of the fact that he's reached the max in his PM stash and has no room for more messages. Is there some way that he can be informed of this?

    Hi Parla,
when I happened to reach maximum storage on my PM-box, the system sent me an e-mail alert about it.
And (if I remember correctly) it also sent me an e-mail annoincing that Member X was trying to send me a PM but my PM-box was full, and that I needed to make some space into it in order to receive the new message.

So, if this still stands, the member that you're trying to PM is probably aware of the problem if he has the relevant option enabled about receiving Admin emails/ E-mail notifications.

Messages from moderators override the limit. A PM to any moderator usually works. (Unless, of course, that particular moderator also has a full PM stash :))
