    Acá en la Argentina le decimos carnaza a un corte de carne vacuna: carnaza de nalga, carnaza de paleta, etc.
    Siempre conviene que pongas algo de contexto, cuanto más, mejor, al hacer una pregunta.

    "Leather gloves" would be the usual phrase. The strict definition is the "flesh side" of leather, but I have never heard that in common usage.
