    Hi, everybody,

I´m translating a contract in which a photographer releases the rights to his pictures to a certain client. The title is:
"Carta de Cesión de Derechos de Publicación" which I´ve translated as:
    "Publication Release Form."

Although I think I have the right idea, I´m afraid that there must already be an official standard name for these types of contracts. (And even a template I would be able to find if I knew the name)

    Can anyone help me, please?
    Thanks so much.

A common phrase is "release form". The name of the person to whom the rights are granted would be specified in the document. More specifically, you could say a granting of exclusive rights (to XXX).

Yes, release is good, what do you think of "Copyright Release Form"?

Perfect if that is what it is. Release forms are also used in other circumstances, so the context is important.
