cartelera escolar

    Buenas noches, ¿cómo le dicen en inglés a la cartelera que hay en la escuela?, por lo general en donde se coloca información sobre algún tema escolar como "la segunda guerra mundial" o algo así. Quisiera decir:

    "Los alumnos tienen que hacer una cartelera de beethoven"

    Mi intento:

    The pupils have to make a board about beethoven

    Poster is a good choice but I did understand the original translation of 'board'.

    I think with a 'bulletin board' it is to be understood that notices, papers or objects will be pinned to the board. If the students draw, write, or paste objects or information onto the item, then poster is perhaps better.

    It is a small distinction I think.
