    Could you please confirm if the following is a correct translation into Spanish:

    "Refering to the case study of Mario Marín, a Colombian who emigrated to England ...."

    "Haciendo referencia al caso práctico de Mario Marín, un Colombiano que emigró a Iglaterra......"

    A case study en ciencias sociales, que es mi especialidad, es un "estudio de caso" y se refiere, a grandes rasgos, a un estudio particular o un trabajo de campo que ilustra una hipótiesis o planteo general dentro de una tesis o una monografía.
