Certificado de Nacimiento Vivo

    Hola a todos,

    Estoy traduciendo un CERTIFICADO DE NACIMIENTO VIVO (este es el titulo original). Me consta que "Certificado de Nacimiento" se dice "Birth Certificate", pero tengo dudas con la palabra "vivo" al final.

    ¿Se puede traducir como "Alive Birth Certificate"? Nunca escuché esta expresión, por eso los molesto....

    In the UK it is called a birth certificate. Even if the baby is stillborn apparently you can still get a birth certificate for the baby. This link outlines the process

    I use this term alot in my work. The English translation of Certificado de nacimiento vivo is Certificate of live birth.
    It is not a seperate type of Birth Certificate, but is a term used for goverment purposes (such as claiming a child on taxes, or applying for government assistance)when requesting verification of the identities of children claimed.
