Certifier, Disposition (death certificate)

    for a death certificate, from Eng to Span, how would you translate "Certifier" ? also, how would you translate "Deputy Register of Deeds"? and "Disposition" ?

    Is "certifier" the person who certifies?
    I think we do not have an especific name for that person in Spanish.
    "Certificador" is just an adjective, but not a noun. :-(

    Certifier: El que certifica

    Disposition: En una acta de defunción se refiere a lo que se hizo al con el cadáver o sea si se inhumó o si se incineró etc,
    Yo lo he traducido como: Fín del Cadaver ó Metodo usado para el cadáver
