I don't really understand your question. Do you want to know the meaning of charter flight or how to say it in French?

Both of them if it is possible.

A charter flight is a non-commercial flight, let's call it a private flight, where a person or group of people rent the plane for themselves.
No idea about the french translation, but it is "vuelo charter" in spanish, probably you'll use the english word for it too.

On entend beaucoup le mot charter dans le français parlé au Québec, mais la bonne expression est vol nolisé.

en France on dit un charter, et je ne crois pas qu'on connaisse un vol nolisé...

    France, French
Charter Flight = Vol Charter ( c'est à dire un vol en avion privé de location )

"Vol nolisé" serait québécoise. "Un charter" est un emprunt de l'anglais. On dit "vol affrété" couramment en France. Voilà.
