"ligar" has many uses in English, for example: "hit on," "flirt with," "pick up on," "come on to." So, one could say as you said:

"He heard that girls in Paris are easy to flirt with."

    or

"He heard that girls in Paris are easy to hit on."

    or

"He heard that girls in Paris are easy to pick up on."

Of these, I think the last one is the best.

I mean in the sense that it's very easy to "ligar" with French girls.

    Thanks!

sania, I was in the process of changing my response when you responded. Go back to what I said, and see if that helps.
