Christmas wreath = "corona de Navidad" or "ramo de Navidad".

Corona o guirnalda, nunca he oído decir "ramo de Navidad".

I know this is an old threat, but I want to write down something in order to support new visists.

At least in Spain, "corona de Navidad" is not at all the same than "corona de Adviento".
I agree with diegodbs, a good translation could be "guirnalda de Navidad", also I think "corona de Navidad" is the best translation.
