cleavage cutter

    First of all, in the soap “Coronation Street”, a rather large woman was told she was wearing a cleavage cutter. It didn't look particularly revealing, btw.

    I thought I'd look for an example on the web too:

    Please see:
    "Costume design: J.Lo’s cleavage cutter."

    Some kind of dress, I take it? Perhaps a picture on the Web would help...

    Can you provide the context in which the sentence was used? A cleavage cutter may not be a piece of clothing, but a term used in Socio-Politics.

    The reference is devoid of content, has no pictures and a Google search of "Cleavage Cutter" brings up no significant results. I suspect that "CLeavage Cutter" is simply within the writer's own idiolect.
