In what circumstances would someone say Compliments of the season? Is it something like Hello, haven't seen you in a year or something of the sort, like Long time, no see?
¿Podría traducirse por "cuánto tiempo sin verte"?

for example at Christmas, if a Jewish person wanted to wish you the best for Christmas but because they dont celebrate Christmas they might say Compliments of the season.

Okey, that makes sense. It`s Easter and I think the other guy's a muslim. Thanks, Sally! (Difficult translation, though. I guess, because everybody used to be catholic around here, I guess... I don't think we have an equivalent formula.)
