Hi i want to know how to trasnlate "comprobante de egreso"

I am translating a financial document

    this is the sentence

"No se ha definido un formato de comprobante de egreso(o Cheque) para la empresa"

"A Voucher expense format(or check) has not been defined for the company"

    what do you think guys?

    Hi Tim,

I'd say "A format for an expense voucher (or check) has not been defined for the company."

You could also say "A company-wide format for an expense voucher (or check) has not been defined."

    I hope this is useful.

    Regards,
    Ed
