Conservarse en perfecto estado

    Estoy traduciendo un texto sobre las características de la sandía, y tengo el siguiente texto


    " Es una fruta que se conserva en perfecto estado durante dos o tres semanas entre 5º y 10° C."

    Tengo:
    "It's a fruit that keeps itself in perfect condition for two or three weeks if maintained between five to ten degrees Celsius" pero no me suena nada bien.
    Además, tengo la duda de si en inglés es conveniente poner la cifra en número o letra, y también de si poner lo de "degrees Celsius" o simplemente poner "º C"

    You can also say,

    "It's a fruit that stays fresh for two or three weeks if stored/kept at a temperature between 5º and 10° C.
