Constricted affect / afecto constreñido - Psychiatry

    Hi all,

    I came across a text which reads:

    "When performing a mental status exam, Ms. G has poor eye contact, but is cooperative with our interview. She is disheveled and overweight, and denies suicidal or homicidal ideation. She displays constricted affect."

    I would translate that as

    "Al realizar un examen de su estado mental, la Sra. G ofrece poco contacto visual, pero se muestra cooperativa con la entrevista. Se ve desaliñada y con sobrepeso, negando cualquier tipo de ideación suicida u homicida. Presenta un afecto constreñido."

    Es correcto? Alguna sugerencia?
