    Hola

Estoy traduciendo un contrato desde el inglés al español y quiero saber si "corporation duly organized"en español es "corporación sin fines de lucro".

    Gracias

Do you have the rest of the context?
Normally, I would understand a "corporation duly organized" to mean a corporation that was properly formed or set up (i.e. organized) under the laws of the jurisdiction governing its formation.

Perdoname que ya no hablo bien el español. Estoy estudiando.

No. A corporación sin fines de lucro is a "non-profit corporation" (also called a "corporation not for profit" in some states--that's less common).

duly organized = debidamente establecida o debidamente constituida

So "corporation duly organized" iscorporación debidamente constituida orcorporación debidamente establecida.
