I know the word for incurridos is incurred, but I cannot think of the correct preposition to use after it. Here's what I'm translating:

No seremos responsables por los costos incurridos en mano de obra.

    Any suggestions?

Although it could go either way, I guess I would recommend:
We will not be responsible for labor costs incurred.
    OR:
We will not be responsible for labor charges incurred.
And if it's British English you're looking for, it's "labour".

También diríamos, ". . . costs incurred in labor."
