    Brazilian Girl, a more typical Japanese phrase is somewhat different from the English one:
    Toshio san, mēru okurimashita. Gokakunin kudasai.
    gloss: I sent an email. Please check. [It sounds very blunt but the Japanese one is equipped with a decent amount of politeness, so don't worry.]

    The sentence by blue eagle is a word-for-word translation from the English sentence and hardly sounds natural.
