I'm working at a store, and in case I get any Japanese customers, I want to know how to count dollars and cents.

For example, "Your total is 8 dollars and 32 cents".

    Would it be, "8ドル32セントです." ??

My textbook only explains how to count 円 and doesn't mention cents, hence my question. :)

    Yes sure. Very nice.

Ahh..we have Japanese sen 銭, smaller than yen, but we don't use it in our daily life any longer. Basically yen only; sen is still active on stock exchange.
