crédito refaccionario/de habilitación o avío/de arrendamiento financiero

    Alguien me podría ayudar a traducir el término de CREDITO REFACCIONARIO, por fa'?...

    Tengo otros dos términos que también se relacionan con Créditos de los que desconozco la traducción. Les agradeceré muchísimo me ayuden a traducirlos.

    CREDITO DE HABILITACION O AVÍO
    CREDITO DE ARRENDAMIENTO FINANCIERO.

    yo se que es demasiado tarde, pero mas vale tarde que nunca, además lo dejo para que otra persona que tenga la duda y entre aquí sepa la respuesta.

    Crédito Refaccionario = Fixed Asset Loan ( loan extended by a bank for the purpose of financing the purchase of machinery and equipment or for the construction of buildings needed by the borrower's business, and which is secured by the machinery and equipment being purchased or by the constructions being built, and additionally, by any inventory produced with the new machinery, equipment or at the new buildings, the loan may also be used to pay outstanding debts or taxes owed by the borrower's business.)

    Crédito de Habilitación o Avío = Working Capital Loan ( loan extended by a bank for the purchase of raw materials and supplies or for the payment of wages and direct expenses essential to the operation of the borrower's business, and which is secured by the very raw materials and supplies that were purchased, along with by any inventory that results from the processing of the waw materials and supplies).

    Arrendamiento Financiero= Financial Lease, financial leasing: (ingresos que perciben residentes en el extranjeros provenientes del...... de bienes que se utilizan en el país, están sujetos a retención del impuesto sobre la renta por parte de quien haga los pagos)
