I know how it is important to have a friendly relationship with people with whom one is working with

Mi sembra troppo pieno di "with".Che ne dite?

If you don't like too many repetitions of with, how about "I know how important it is to build good relationships with your workmates/colleagues"?

Because I'd like to use a more formal sentence. It's an application form, so I need to be formal.
What do you think about my first translation?
    Thanks

I think "...with your (or, more formally, one's) colleagues" is better.
