    Hi again!
Could you please help me? I'm talking about the famous Moda Positano (Positano fashion?).
This is the context: "Negli anni Sessanta nacquero qui le inconfondibili creazioni sartoriali che hanno reso la Moda Positano un marchio celebre e ricercato in tutto il mondo".
My attempt: "The Sixties saw the birth of the incomparable tailoring inventions (tradition?) which made Positano Fashion a worldwide known trademark."

I think it's horrible, it seems to be non-sense.
    All corrections are welcome.
    Grazie mille!

I think your translation is very good. Sartorial is probably better than tailoring in this sentence, and tradition is definitely preferable to inventions. My version would be:

The Sixties saw the birth of the incomparable sartorial tradition that made Positano Fashion a world renowned trademark.
