Is it possible to talk in an impersonal way in English? I mean in spanish and italian it's possible to say sentences like these:
    - Cuando comes te sientes lleno.
    - Cuando uno come se siente lleno.
    - Cuando se come se siente lleno.

How do you say in English the above three sentences?

Thank you a lot! (I'm sorry if my grammar isn't perfect but I'm only a student) :D

    - Cuando comes te sientes lleno.
    - When you eat you feel full.

    - Cuando uno come se siente lleno.
    - When one eats one feels full. (suena muy formal)

    - Cuando se come se siente lleno.
    - When one eats one feels full. (suena muy formal)

Another less personal way, but also less formal, would be:

    - When we eat we feel full.

    Otra sugerencia:
When people eat, they feel full.
