    . Inouï! Invraisemblable! Innovant!
    Décapant! Transcendant!

Est-ce que décapant peut avoir une autre sigification ici? Le dictionnaire me dit 'caustic' ou 'abrasive' mais il ne marche pas bien là.

Un humour décapant is indeed a caustic humour. You could also say pungent, scathing, abrasive or acid humour.

    J’étais troublé.
Puis les compliments me retombèrent dessus, bienfaisants, nourrissants,
comme le soleil sur un jardin après l’hiver. Inouï! Invraisemblable! Innovant!
    Décapant! Transcendant!

    I put the context above.

If it is about a show, "décapant" is related to its literal meaning : abrasive, stripping, "which removes the old paint / vernish", so "witch let the raw material appear".

So this show gets rid of conventions, and address to raw ideas/conception of life.

It's referring to compliments about the narrator presenting himself as a living piece of art.
