    Hola:

    My try is
How are you going to save money if you buy two cars......?

    Gracias

"out of nowhere" would be another option

¿Es "at the sane time"?...
    ¿Tiene sentido esta frase
"How are you going to save money if you buy two cars at the same time?

No mucho. Prefiero all of a sudden, como ya te sugirieron.

"Back to back" means in sequence, one right after another and may be what you are looking for. For example, you might say, I had the flu and then pnuemonia back to back. Or, "He struck out two players back to back." This is a bit informal, but doesn't seem inappropriate for your context.

    At once

If you bought two cars at once.

Si compraste dos carros a la vez.
