    Hola,

Ok, éste me parece más fácil que otras preguntas que he hecho últimamente, ja ja...

Busco la palabra para: debtor's exam. It's a list of things that a debtor owns like: joyas, coches, casas, dinero, etc...

Could it be as simple as: examen del deudor or maybe: lista de posesiones?

    Thanks,
    Goyo

To be clear, a debtor's exam is not a list. It is an interrogation of the debtor to find out what assets he owns so the creditor can use legal process to seize them and have them sold or otherwise applied to pay the judgment. What the judgment creditor gets as a result of the debtor's exam, if he's lucky, is a list of assets that the debtor owns (ideally bank accounts!!!).
