I think it was supposed to say "declare and warrant."

    Decorate
doesn't mean anything in this context.

I know. However, there are lots of results on google of "decorate and warrant", especially on Casino pages

    Any ideas?

    No.

Sorry to insist, but I suspect that those google searches indicate that one person erroneously wrote "decorate and warrant" for some gaming company (the casino) and other translators picked it up from there. I don't see any uses of that phrase anywhere else.

    Thanks for insisting!

You might be right. But I guess that the legal wording for "declarar y garantizar" is "represent and warrant"
That is why I'm sooo confused. However, I also think it refers to "declarar" (declare instead of decorate)
    Decorate has no sense!!

    Thanks for your help:)

Yes, I agree with all of that.

    ("Decorate makes no sense").
