    IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED

    o

    IT IS HEREBY NOTICED

    Hola gian_eagle:

"hereby CERTIFIES" sounds good but I'm not certain it's the most accurate translation of "deja constancia de".

    Some other options would be:
    "hereby confirms"
    "hereby verifies"

    ¡Buena suerete con la traducción!

it could be "it is hereby stated" in this case, as "to notice" es "notificar" and "to certify" is "certificar"

    thanks!

    Try "attests".

"it is hereby stated". I think it's the best option.

In a more informal context I used today 'for the record'
