Hello everybody. I am translating a driver's license and found the following:

    ORIGINAL TEXT:

    REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA
    MINISTERIO DE TRANSPORTE
DIRECCION GENERAL DE TRANSPORTE Y TRANSITO TERRESTRE AUTOMOTOR

    MY TRY:

    REPUBLIC OF COLOMBIA
    MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT
TRANSPORT AND MOTOR ROAD TRANSIT GENERAL DIRECTOR'S OFFICE

Any ideas for the text in boldface? Thanks.

I decided to leave it in Spanish and use what some translators call a "Dupleta".

DIRECCION GENERAL DE TRANSPORTE Y TRANSITO AUTOMOTOR
    (COLOMBIAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT)
