    Je bloque sur la phrase suivante, qui est un article de loi Sénégalais:

    Ma tentative:  [FONT=&quot]Every civil servant is bound by a duty of professional discretion regarding documents, facts and information he or she has knowledge of in the exercise of their mandate

    Toutefois, est-ce que je pourrais dire "bound by professional ethics"? Y a-t-il une nuance entre les deux?
