What is the correct form? ON or OVER? As discussed "on" the phone OR As discusses "over" the phone.
Both sound OK to me.
Both are possible. "Over" would be more likely if you wanted to emphasize the nature of the conversation: "I haven't seen her since June, but we discussed it over the phone." But "I'm on the phone."
Separate names with a comma.
