Is this how to say that?
watashi no you ni mieru to omoimasu ka
Yes, it's grammatically correct and makes perfect sense. If I was showing my friends a pic of me in Halloween costume I might ask that way or maybe like:
If I was asking my friends if they think my sis/bro looks like me, I would probably ask...
私に似て(い)ると思いますか？[わたしににて(い)るとおもいますか/watashi ni nite(i)ru to omoimasu ka]
似て(い)る=look like/resemble, eg. You look like him. あなたは彼に似てますね。 http://ejje.weblio.jp/sentence/content/look+like
