What is the meaning of the duximus and exprimenda in this sentence?

in quibus (i. e. possessiones et bona) hec propriis duximus exprimenda vocabulis

Amongst these we've ... these ones which are to be ... by their proper names

    I've translated it as follows

Amongst these (properties and goods) we have considered to express these ones with their proper names

I think that the meaning is more or less:

"Amongst which We have told these that must be expressed with particular words:"
