I'd like to translate this quote is for a school publicitary spot
Educating is teaching to live.
To educate is to teach a person (how) to live.
I think the second one is clearer.
Give it a try.
"Teaching is showing how to live"
I'd prefer something "prettier", I mean I don't need the exact translation from Spanish to English, I need something with the same meaning but in different words, thinking in English..not in Spanish... could that be possible?
Well, then, why not "Educating is teaching life" / "Educating is teaching about life"
I really like this one. Seems "pretty" enough to me.
Ok.. thank you so much for your contributions!!! they've been really helpful
