Egreso (de personal)

    ¡Buen día!
    Quisiera saber cómo decir egreso cuando hablamos de egreso de personal de una compañia. Egresos en general, puede ser tanto voluntario como por despido.
    No tengo contexto ya que es una planilla que estoy armando con los ingresos y egresos de la compañía.
    Si alguien me puede ayudar le agradezco desde ya.

    Quizá podrías poner algo como:
    Resignations/Dismissals
    Así cubres ambas connotaciones.

    "Reductions in staff" might serve the purpose, though it could call for a clarifying parenthesis "(resignations, dismissals, and attrition)".
    "Attrition" includes retirements.

    How about "turnover"? If you are referring to the net result of hirings and terminations, then "turnover" would be a good term.

    Your ideas have been very helpful!
    I chose Cenzontle's one 'cause I divided the information in two columns, one called "Entries" (maybe you have a better suggestion for this one, too!) and the other one "Reductions (resignations & dismissals)" -since there were no retirements-.
    Thank you the three of you for your help! I have added new words to my vocabulary! ;)

    What about hiring for contrataciones instead of entries?

    I like Climb's suggestion of "hiring". "Entries" has several other meanings.
