    They don't have any conclusive evidence against either Jacquline or Fredrick...

    would you translate it like this:

    ils n’ont pas une preuve irréfutable contre ou Jacquline ou Fredick....:confused:

    i learned ne...ni...ni.
    i'm not sure about the entire translation, but just plugging that formula into your sentence, i would say, "ils n'ont une preuve irrefutable contre ni Jacqueline ni Fredrick."
